Recruitment Campaign Photography – Home Bargains

I was recently commissioned to capture a range of Recruitment Campaign Photography for the recruitment team at Home Bargains. Working with Cascade Productions, it was such a fun shoot for this huge UK brand.

With 3 full days of shooting (2 at the Home Bargains Liverpool head office, and 1 at the Distribution Centre in Amesbury), it was a packed schedule. Cascade Productions had organised a large number of staff volunteers for each day. With the Home Bargains team, make-up artist, producers and myself with the camera, we set about capturing as many great images as possible in a real-world environment!

I never knew so many interesting roles existed within the company. From the in-store roles we are all familiar with, to mechanics, software developers, product buyers, drivers, cleaners, warehouse operatives and even gym workers for the onsite gym (complete with amazing indoor tennis courts!). The huge warehouses had me conquering my fear of heights as we climbed as high as possible to capture the scale of the buildings!

At the end of each day, I found myself in the Home Bargains store, buying things I didn’t know I needed or treats for the kids 🙂 Also, if your local store has an in-house bakery, their sausage rolls are a must!
